Not worth being in debt $30,000 or more for a school that doesn’t replace broken gear or tools. You’d be better off learning and getting experience by working in the field. This school was a waste of time for a lot of us because we were expecting to learn how to diagnose and repair a vehicle, but how can that be done when there’s missing components or the equipment provided wasn’t even working. Don’t waste your time or money on this school.
I love this place. I start one of their many programs soon. The staff are very helpful, patient and kind.
The campus is so pristine, clean and new. Oh my God, you can eat off the floor.
I highly , recommend this UTI.
You get what you pay for. It's worth every penny.
A special thank to Linda Chavez, Shavon, Nancy, Donna Li and the whole LB UTI team.
Also they love Veterans.
Did the automotive technician program and gotta say, it was worth it. I didn't know a lot about cars and ended up learning every system of a car and how it works. From diagnosing to building an engine, you mess with everything in a car in 3 week courses. The instructors are very knowledgable and helpful. They have career services and career fairs to help you find a job. Would recommend going to this school to get the knowledge and you'll need in the field.
One of the worst experiences ever literally only stayed a week before it was to late. I was being pushed into this school and me being naive registered and it was the worst decision I was expecting more hands on but almost everything is online from my class alone I was the 4th one to leave the school I can’t imagine the rest such a disappointment for the school they have
I attended this school in 2019 and early 2020 before covid. I was in the auto course in 2019, and in 3 weeks, they expected you to learn everything in that course. I went to the collision repair course lasted for 6 months before covid happened. I had to leave because they wanted the students to go to school online. And 30k is not worth it to go to school online. There's cheaper schools that we could attend.
Also, if we didn't bring our uniforms and our badge, we had to pay to get a new one. All they want is more and more money.
I also got into a fight with one of the teachers just because I went to a different restroom that wasn't near my class, which is pathetic.
Wish I could get my money back. When we were in class the instructors would leave the classroom and wouldn't come back for the next 10-20 min.
For anyone looking to get into the transportation industry, whether it is your first job or you're looking for a career change, there is no better option for learning the fundamentals. Take it a step further and go for an advanced training program to put your career on the fast track to master tech.
This is a scam at first they tell you that after the 6 months of the course they get you a part time and that when you graduate they get you a full time job that they work with automotive agencies and that they guarantee that you will get a job. The only certain thing is that you leave with a debt and it is so difficult to get a job because they ask you for experience so think carefully before falling for this scam nothing is true just the big debt u have to pay after graduating. It's better if u go to a community College clases are chip than this for sure.
1. Since the beginning of the school, I keep getting hassled all forms such as getting pulled from class many times because the school management miscommunicates internally or they just need a signature, something can be done before or …
